VIDIK d.o.o. undertakes to provide protection of personal data of customers, by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that is necessary to meet our obligations; informs customers about how the collected data is used, regularly gives customers a choice regarding the use of their data, including the possibility to decide whether or not to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is securely stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform business operations. All employees of VIDIK d.o.o. and its business partners are responsible for respecting the  privacy protection principles.

The entry and transfer of personal data and credit card number data is protected by the highest security standards provided by the Monri online credit card authorization system in accordance with the requirements of the card issuers and card brands and the PCI DSS standards. Credit card authorization and billing is done using the Monri system for the real-time credit card authorization and billing.

under Visa and Mastercard rules.
The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not available to unauthorized persons.

1.5.3. Terms of purchase
The means and conditions of payment should be highlighted on the website, as well as an accurate description of the method and deadline for delivery
of products or provision of services, as well as the possibility of a refund in the event of a complaint about the product or
cancellation of the use of services.

These
conditions define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and complaints about the products offered
on these pages. TVRTKA.hr Websites can be used for your private use without any
usage fees, and according to the following terms and conditions.
The seller is FIRMA doo, and the buyer is a visitor to these websites who fills out an electronic order,
sends it to the seller and makes the payment by credit cards or cash on delivery.

ORDERING
The buyer orders the product or products by means of an electronic order form.
The buyer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information
and sends the order.
All prices are expressed in Croatian national currency, Croatian kuna (kn) with VAT included.
The buyer additionally has the option of displaying prices in US dollars and euros.
Goods
is ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and storing it in the cart.
The goods is considered ordered at the moment when the buyer chooses and confirms the method of payment.
PAYMENT
Ordered products or services are paid online using one of the following credit cards:
Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.

DELIVERY
Ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged during usual forms of handling.
When taking over a product, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and in case of any damage to report immediately
the courier (an employee of the company making the delivery) the complaint about the product. The seller waives any
liability for damage that may occur during delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notice, after it has been sent, in the expected time, the buyer
is entitled to inform the seller in order to undertake activities of finding the shipment or to
send a replacement shipment.
If the buyer refuses to receive the goods he/she has ordered from the seller,
the buyer is entitled to demand from the buyer reimbursement of all costs related to delivery.
The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer as soon as he receives the confirmation approving
the online transaction. After receiving this confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within
the period of 5 (five) working days.

After the courier (delivery company)
receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible
delays and problems that may arise in connection with further handling and delivery of goods.
If the buyer chooses the option to download the product instead of delivery, the seller undertakes to send a notification
solely in the form of an email to the buyer which will contain download links and instructions. After
receiving an e-mail (download notification) the buyer can immediately access the product.

COMPLAINTS
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically faultless and corresponds to the product description stated
at www.tvrtka.hr. The image illustrating the product on the website does not have to correspond to the real
product appearance and the buyer cannot file a complaint regarding this segment.
In the event of a technical malfunction of the audio tracks stored on the audio transmitter
the seller assumes full responsibility. In case of technical malfunction, the buyer is obliged
file a complaint on the product within 4 (four) working days. After filing a complaint on the technical
malfunction the buyer is obliged to return by mail, together with the delivery note,
technically malfunctioning audio transmitter, after which the seller will send to the buyer within 3 (three) working days
a replacement product, free of charge. In the case of the above, the buyer is not entitled to request a refund,
but exclusively a substitute product.
The seller is not responsible for any damages and other liabilities contained within the domain
of the courier (a company that performs product delivery operations).
If the buyer chooses the product download option, and the buyer is not be able to perform the download
due to technical problems caused on the seller’s server, the seller undertakes to send
an e-mail with new download options for which the buyer does not bear any costs.
In case the buyer is again not able to perform the download caused by
technical problems on the seller’s server, the buyer is obliged to contact
a sales service of the seller that will offer an adequate solution that will not in itself
contain any fee or any further costs to be borne by the buyer. The buyer is not entitled to demand a refund
in this situation.
In case the buyer cannot download the product and the technical problems are not related to the seller but
are caused by the buyer, the operator or a third party, the seller bears no responsibility
and the seller is not obliged to allow the buyer to download or deliver the goods free of charge.
The buyer is obliged to download the product within 5 (five) working days, after which he/she will no longer be able to do so
regardless of the payment being made. In this case, the buyer waives any
complaints.

All rights of the publisher and the holder of the program on the recorded and printed work are reserved. Publisher and

d.o.o.. is not responsible for the cost of telephone, Internet traffic or any other charges that
may be incurred.
Although TVRTKA d.o.o. strives to offer you the best possible services, TVRTKA d.o.o.
cannot guarantee that the services on TVRTKA.hr will suit your needs.
TVRTKA d.o.o. also cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free. If there is any

Requests and reservations are accepted via our web pages (e-mail or registration form), by post,
telephone, fax or personally at the hotel reception.
As the reservation would be valid the user need to pay the advanced payment in the
minimum amount of EUR 100.00 or BAM 200.00, or the amount agreed with the Sales department of
the hotel
The advanced payments can be effectuated ONLINE/BY CREDIT CARDS or OFFLINE
via bank remittances, and also personally at the hotel reception
The final account is carried out at the hotel reception prior departure.
Specified prices are informative and the hotel reserves the right to make changes. The change of the
reservation is possible only in writing.

* * * * Cancellation conditions
The reservation is valid from the date the advanced payment or the reservation fee is paid and kept
until 24:00 hrs at the day of arrival to the hotel.
The reservation can be cancelled in writing, by e-mail of by fax30 days prior arrival
latest i.e. before using the ordered and reserved services. The hotel reserves the right to keep the
amount of Eur 100.00 (BAM 200.00) per room for reservation expenses.
In case the reservation prepaid in full amount is cancelled within 1-30 days prior arrival
i.e. before using the ordered and reserved services, the hotel has no obligation to return
30% of the prepaid amount, the exception being illness or vis major. In case of no show the
hotel keeps 100% of the prepaid advanced payment or booking fee.

1.5.4. Currency conversion statement
– if on the pages of the point of sale the prices are expressed in a foreign currency (e.g.

It is mandatory to provide to the buyer the following conversion statement (adjusted to the currency and exchange rate of the bank used
as well as the language):
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be
charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the
current exchange rate of the local Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same
amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card
associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original
price stated in our web site.
